I am a DPhil Candidate in Cyber Security at the Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security, a Research Affiliate with the Centre for Technology and Global Affairs, University of Oxford as well as an OTF Senior Fellow in Information Controls at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, Harvard University. My interests lie in strategy, grand strategy, information controls, and more generally, the politics of the cyber domain. My main research focus is on the United States, China, and Russia.
I am also the co-founder of OxSecure, a consultancy that advises UK charities on cyber security, in a sector that faces daunting challenges to its operations. In this capacity, I work alongside a cross-disciplinary team that consists of systems security experts and experienced technology consultants.
Before coming to Oxford, I worked for think tanks, embassies and international organisations in Paris, London, and Sarajevo, all experiences that feed into my current work on cyber politics and strategy. I hold a Dual Degree - MA in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and MSc from the London School of Economics in International Relations.
