I am a Cyber Research Fellow at the German Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, I was an Open Technology Fund Senior Fellow in Information Controls at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, Harvard University. My interests lie in cyber norms, offensive cyber operations, strategy, grand strategy, smart cities, information controls, and more generally, the politics of cyberspace. My main research focus is on the United States, China, and Russia.
Before coming to Berlin, I worked for think tanks, embassies and international organizations in Paris, London, and Sarajevo, all experiences that feed into my current work on cyber politics and strategy. I hold a PhD in Cyber Security from the University of Oxford as well as a Dual Degree - MA in International Security from Sciences Po Paris and MSc from the London School of Economics in International Relations.
